This Privacy Policy describes the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how individuals can contact us about our privacy practices. What personal information do we process?

When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with I&T Metall OÜ and the Services, the choices you make, and the features you use. When visitors fill out the form on the site, we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with the law.

Who do we share your data with

We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents (“third parties”) who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will also not share your personal information with any organization apart from us. They also commit to protecting the data they hold on our behalf and retaining it for the period we instruct. The categories of third parties we may share personal information with are as follows ad networks, data analytics services, retargeting platforms, sales & marketing tools, social networks, and website hosting service providers.

How long we retain your data

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

What rights do you have over your data?

If you have filled out the form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Ajavahemikul 23.05.2023 – 22.11.2024 teostab osaühing I&T Metall digipöörde projekti nr 20.1.01.23-0382, mille eesmärgiks on kasvatada pikas perspektiivis ettevõtte tootmise autonoomsust ning suurendada erinevate protsesside digitaliseeritust ja automatiseeritust, eesmärgiga vähendada töötajate ajakulu manuaalsete tööülesannete täitmisele (mida on võimalik automatiseerida), suurendada ettevõtte üldist tootmisvõimekust ning kasvatada ettevõtte tegevuse kaudu loodavat lisandväärtust.

Projekti tulemusel investeeritakse olulisimate tuvastatud kitsaskohtade lahendamisse, mis hõlmab endas uue robotiseeritud töötlemiskeskuse ja automaatse instrumendikapi kasutusele võtmist ja nende liidestamist majandustarkvaraga, majandustarkvara liidestamist tootmise raporteerimistarkvaraga, uute tööstuslike raporteerimiskeskuste kasutusele võtmist ning tootmishoone läbipääsusüsteemi liidestamist majandustarkvaraga. Projekti on rahastanud Euroopa Liit taasterahastu NextGenerationEU vahenditest 281 160 eurose kaasrahastusega.
